I was looking at the results of all the stae in special olympics events-shot put especially. SOme areas don't post results or distances, some places did not have thier games yet. But there were quite a few state that did post thier special olympics results and scores. I found only 6 women who shot put over 9 meters:
K. Knight of Wyoming-9.3 meters
K. Jones of New York- 9.52 meters
P. Gonzalez from Texas-9.43 meters
D. Dudley of Florida-9.49 meters
S.Hardin of Washington-9.58 meters
and myself also from Washington-9.62 meters!
